Mixology in the Mountains...

The White Mountain Cider Company pours as much passion into

it's beverage offerings as it does it's food service.

We seek to provide a libation experience that is both reminiscent of

the craft's original 'hey day' at the turn of the 20th Century,

as well as being a leading representation of today's renaissance in creative cocktailing.

Trained & grounded in the artisan crafting of historically accurate classics,

the Cider Company's Mixologists are ever evangelizing the well constructed cocktail.

Juices, bases, syrups & mixes are squeezed & made daily.

Combined with spirits hand selected for their quality & each made to order,

the results are clearly some of the freshest & well balanced cocktails around.

Combining these historical skills with an obsessive curiosity

for today's 'liquid art,' we also offer a wide range of modern mixers.

We spend much time on the development of new cocktails,

often doing so based on the desire to create a particular experience, utilize a certain spirit,

pay homage to a region or individual or just meld with the seasons food flavors.

Often collabortaing with the kitchen, we source unique ingredients of all types

to create layers of flavor that are designed to either be enjoyed alone in quiet contemplation

or paired specifically with the Chef's superb food offerings.

Many of these ingredients, including syrups, bitters & more are available for purchase

at minimal markups...along with our techniques & recipes,

we simply enjoy sharing a good thing.

For those not interested in spirits, we offer a selection of house~designed 'mocktails'

from an ever changing seasonal selection.

We encourage hydration while imbibing & offer

several water choices for refreshing the palate.

We regularly study & consult with our colleagues in the industry &

look forward to offering you many new items in the coming times...

stop in often for the new season's flavors, the latest infusions &

even perhaps some molecular mixology!

The bar, while as casually comforting as the restaurant,
